Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non‑refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
